Dear guests, we are very pleased to welcome you to our 5-star holiday home! To ensure that all guests find a pleasant and well-maintained environment, we charge a security deposit of 200€. This deposit will of course be fully refunded to you, provided the house is left in good condition.

Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge. From 59 days before arrival, the deposit will no longer be refunded. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Pets: none

Baby cot: available upon request

Visitor's tax: 1.50 €/day for adults and 0.75 €/day for children

Catering: self-catering, regional agricultural products available upon request

Additional fees: sauna, bathrobe, products from the cabinet shop

Included services: Wi-Fi, parking, bike wash station, washer-dryer, fitness

Arrival: from 15.00, departure: until 11.00, early check in and late check out are possible without surcharge, subject to availability.

We use a modern digital locking system with three ways to open the front door:

Digital key: Open the door with your smartphone. You will receive an invitation link by email, download the app and can open the door easily.

Numerical code: On request, you will receive an individual numerical code, which you enter on the pin code keypad next to the front door.

Transponder: There are transponders in the house that you can use during your stay. The transponder also works without a cell phone battery and without entering a code.

To enter the vacation home for the first time, choose between app or numerical code, as the transponders are in the house. The door to the workshop barn can only be opened with the cell phone app or the transponder.

If a transponder is lost, we charge €65 to replace it.
