A prepayment of _% may be charged after booking.

Cancellations made up to x days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will incur a charge of x% of the total price.

Service Level

Payment is made in cash and with debit/credit card.

Arrival from x o'clock to x o'clock.

Departure by x o'clock.

The key handover is conducted personally on-site / via a key safe.

Pets are not allowed / allowed / allowed upon request (surcharge/no surcharge).

Meal options: breakfast, half board, bread roll service

A tourism tax of €1.50 per person per night will be charged on-site.

We look forward to welcoming you soon. Here is our address: Auersbergweg 8, 08309 Eibenstock.

Please do not rely on Google Maps. You will land right in the forest. Coming from Eibenstock, drive to Wildenthal -> Oberwildenthal -> Sauschwemme. In Sauschwemme, turn left and drive along the paved road until the end, where you will reach the Auersberg plateau. There you will see our house.

Check-in: Mon.-Fri. from 2-4 PM / Sat-Sun from 2-5 PM. Please let us know when you expect to arrive.

Outside of check-in hours, we will leave the key in the safe.

If you arrive late by car, you will find the parking card/cards in the Zwickau Room.

If you arrive by bicycle, you will also find the key for the hut at the playground in the Zwickau Room. Please lock the hut again and return the key.

We kindly ask for advance notice if you would like a cold snack. Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 9:30 AM.

Check-out please by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
